Certain products do not qualify as "spend" that would entitle you to earn points or use a particular discount reward. For example, you cannot earn points on shipping fees, taxes, and gift cards. Other exclusions may apply from time to time during special promotions. You will find these exclusions in the promotion marketing materials.

Base points: As a member, you will earn 1 base point per $1 net spend on qualifying items.

Bonus points: From time to time, we offer promotional opportunities to earn more than 1 point per $1 net spend on qualifying items. These are bonus points. For example, members could earn 5 points per $1 net spend on qualifying items for a limited time. These promotional opportunities are not predetermined and are developed at the sole discretion of The Glen Loates Store.

Additionally, you may be eligible for additional benefits such as Double Points Days, depending on your Insiders Club tier. Keep in mind that Double Points Days cannot be combined with other bonus point promotions.

We calculate your points based on the net spend on qualifying items rounded to the nearest dollar. The net spend is the amount spent on qualifying items after returns, discounts and taxes have been deducted.
Any net spends paid for with gift cards or an Insider Rewards discount will be deducted before calculating points.
Concerning qualifying items, please note that certain products do not qualify as spend—for example, gift cards.

Yes. If you use a third-party payment processor, you will earn 1 point per $1 net spend on qualifying items as long as you are logged in when making your purchase.

Yes. After your Insiders Club account has had no activity for twelve (12) consecutive months, all points will expire. That is, in any calendar year, the points associated with all accounts that have not had activity (no points or Insider Perks are earned or redeemed) for twelve (12) or more consecutive months will expire.
It is your responsibility to keep track of when your points may expire.

If you want to make sure your points do not expire, make sure you never go twelve (12) consecutive months without earning or using points and redeeming your Insider discount rewards.

If you make a return due to damaged goods, points received for those items will be deducted from your points balance at the time of the return. This may put your account balance in the negative if you have recently converted your points to an Insider Perk.

Your points balance can be negative if you make returns. If this happens, any points earned through qualifying purchases will be applied to the negative balance first, and you will not be eligible to receive standard Insider Perks until you bring your points to balance up and reach the points conversion threshold applicable to your Insiders Club tier.

An Insider reward tier is generally awarded upon reaching certain point accumulation thresholds or by meeting specific other qualification requirements during special promotions. These rewards can be exchanged for discount codes during checkout.

Standard Insider Perk: You will be eligible for standard Inside Rewards upon reaching certain point accumulation thresholds. For example, members with less than 100 Reward points will be eligible to use their unique 10% off discount code for any purchase. If they also subscribed to receive SMS communications from us, they would also use their special discount code for another 10% off a separate purchase.

Bonus Insider Perks: We will offer the opportunity to earn Bonus Insider Perks from time to time. For example, we may offer "spend and get" events where customers could qualify for bonus points or rewards if they spend over a certain amount in qualifying purchases during a specific time, subject to specific qualification requirements, exclusions and restrictions, as identified with the offer. These promotional opportunities are not predetermined and are developed at the sole discretion of The Glen Loates Store.

When you redeem an Insider Rewards Discount to make a purchase, the value of the Insider Rewards Discount will be applied against the total purchase price before applicable taxes and fees.
