Glen's interest in life underwater ran deep, quite literally. In 1986, during the Beebe Project expedition, he descended 800 feet below the surface aboard the Johnson Sea Link submersible to observe and sketch deep-sea life first-hand.

Here are the trout, salmon, bass and muskellunge of Canadian waters alongside the tarpon, dolphin and clownfish of warmer seas, each painted with close attention to scale, fin and the way light moves through water.
