# Wood Ducks — Giclée on Paper

Wood Ducks — the male's extraordinary breeding plumage one of the most complex and beautiful of any North American waterfowl — rendered with the precision the species demands. The iridescent green and purple of the head, the intricate white facial pattern, the chestnut breast, the golden flanks: all of it is there in Glen's watercolour, each colour zone placed exactly where it falls on the actual bird.

The Wood Duck is among the most technically challenging waterfowl subjects in wildlife art: the male's breeding plumage involves more distinct colour zones than almost any other North American bird. Glen met the challenge with his characteristic thoroughness. He is a member of the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts; his waterfowl paintings are prized in collections across North America.

Produced as a museum-quality giclée on archival, acid-free paper using fade-resistant inks. A 1" white border surrounds the image, ready for the framer of your choice.
